A graduate of Bay State College with a degree in Travel and Tourism, Sue began her career in the airline industry, where she spent 16 years developing a strong foundation in high-touch customer engagement and operational excellence.
Since joining All Star Incentive Marketing in 2012, Sue has been instrumental in managing high-profile client incentive programs across a diverse range of industries, including healthcare, finance, transportation, and waste management. With a focus on safety, wellness, sales performance, and customer loyalty, she has successfully led initiatives that drive meaningful results for clients.
