What type of awards does All Star Incentive Marketing offer?

Over 1 million award choices and new items are added daily.  We offer tens of thousands of tangible brand name awards, event tickets, and  digital downloads and  a full suite of logo merchandise .

How are the awards shipped?

We partner with the following carriers UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL. Please open and inspect awards for any shipping damage prior to signing for them. Your signature indicates that you have accepted the item in good condition.

When will I receive my award?

The majority of orders ship in less than a week, some orders can take as much as 6 weeks, particularly for larger items that ship directly from the manufacturer. If you have not received your order within this timeframe, please contact Award HQ at 1-800-330-7800 Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST.

What types of solutions does All Star Incentive Marketing offer?

All Star offers Employee Incentives, Sales Incentives, Channel and Dealer Incentives, and Customer Loyalty Incentives in the form of  Safety Recognition and Reward Programs, Employee Wellness Programs, Years of Service Programs, Sales Incentive Programs, Employee Gifts, Customer Gifts, and more.

How long does it take to build a recognition culture.

Generally, properly built programs show real impact at about the 18 month mark.

How do you budget programs?

The best way to create an initial budget is to look at a per employee cost and extrapolate for the larger entity.

How will I receive my awards?

You must provide thorough and accurate information in order to receive your award(s).  Tangible awards are delivered to the specified physical address you provide. Nonphysical awards are sent directly to the email inbox that you provide. Please note awards cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box.  

Do reward points expire?

Earnings never expire. Unless otherwise defined in program rules and regs, you can save and bank your points to redeem for awards of higher value.

What are the tax Considerations for Employee Recognition Programs?

Awards given to an employee or associate for work related to their employment or relationship to the company, they are typically taxable as gross income. However, there are three types of non-cash awards that may be  excluded from tax:

  1. Certain employee achievement awards (length-of-service and safety awards).
  2. Certain prizes or awards transferred to charities.
  3. De-minimis awards and prizes.
